Scope: Renovation of an Exterior Entry to Single-family Condo

We completed the interior renovation on the “Ocean View” condo and decided, with the clients, that a beautiful interior deserves a grand entrance. So Brett and I teamed up again to solve this tricky approach to a second level condo on the beach. Privacy, durability, low maintenance, real materials, and a zillion stairs in a tight space is not easy. We reviewed every material on-site and discussed many design decisions as we went. In the end, I believe the contrasts make it all so striking. Every element makes the next one stand out. Elegance meets durability.
